Well-equipped and brand-new room with a harbour view was much appreciated. Could use a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Stunning location very close to everything, enjoyed it.

Staff are superfriendly, specially the receptionist who was of a bubbly personality. It has splendid views out onto the marina. The venue has excellent setting in the harbour.
The bathroom here is cold.

Central location, staff was efficient and attentive specially the receptionist who was of a bubbly personality. The apartment was near to Lanzarote airport, 15 km. My bed was great and greatly enjoyed views out onto the marina.

The bed was comfortable, greatly enjoyed views of the marina. The setting was peaceful and really handy. Everything was fabulous and I got wake up calls for free.

We had an amazing time at Agua Marina! Great value for money with a spacious and spotless room, stunning balcony views, and comfy sunbeds. The location was perfect, close to the marina and old town, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the poolside bar was a great addition.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe more variety or specials.

Travelled to explore Puerto del Carmen, this apartment was a great base for doing it. Staff were efficient, they gave me good recommendations. I was delighted about early check-in. Although the whole experience was really amazing, beds were a bit hard.
It's a pity but the bathroom was cold.

It was a very lovely stay at Puerto del Carmen. Staff where attentive all the time. All in all everything was fabulous, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge. Dined at Emma's Cantina Mexicana once or twice, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment.

The apartments were spacious and beautifully designed, combining traditional charm with modern amenities. I loved having my own private balcony as well as a large communal one where I could enjoy the stunning views. The location was unbeatable, with the apartments overlooking the port and just a short walk from the restaurants and shops.
There were a few shortcomings. there weren't enough electric sockets in the apartment, making it difficult to charge our mobile devices.
